Ask a question and get an instant answer…not from the Internet but from the training book that specifically addresses the needs of small businesses and SMEs with the goal of how to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability. This can be another way of researching a particular issue in addition to actually researching from the table of contents or index of the training book. After login to your AASBC member account, go to the bottom right of any page and click on the question mark. To delete previous questions and answers, go to the top of the chat box and click on the circle with the arrow.
